As I prepare my goals for the coming year, and develop the strategic plans I will use to implement my Master Action Plan, I realize just how much time, energy and effort are required to get – and stay -organized.
If you are like me and just finalizing your main calendar dates – birthdays, key celebrations you cannot miss, already scheduled health appointments, and 2 weeks of vacay (together or 1 week at a time) – then you realize how critical it is to start with your LIFESTYLE in mind. Build your life and business around the people, places, and events that are key to your refill of love and life. Your inspiration to rock it while you are building your business.
I look forward to reconnecting with friends from long ago, and making new connections in the coming year. My first of many is tomorrow – a lender for my real estate projects that offers various loan products. Hope he is direct to funds v. a broker (crossing fingers). Either way it will get me the next step closer to finding funds for our next project, or setting me up for potential future funding. Having money lined up does make it much easier to remain confident when putting in offers.
